About Jessica

Hello!

I’m so glad you found me! My name is Jessica and I’m a North Carolina based wedding and portrait photographer! I live on a small farm in a tiny, rural town called Mount Pleasant outside of Charlotte. I spent many years in the saddle riding horses and competing but when I married the love of my life and started a family in 2013 it got difficult to continue to passion for riding. We still have horses and I love spending time in the barn with them! I decided to pursue my other passion: PHOTOGRAPHY! This was when my business started to form.

I still have my very first horse, Rose! She’s 32 years old!

I am very family oriented.
I want so badly to be a good gardener but I kill every plant I try to keep alive!
I’m a sucker for a good hallmark movie.
I have two BEAUTIFUL daughters! You can see them down below!
I’m married to the love of my life ♥
I’m a huge bookworm – you’re almost guaranteed to find me reading!
I LOVE getting to know my clients and building relationships with them!

I grew up on the back of a horse.

I rode and competed horses for over ten years! Today I still own them but don’t compete anymore! The barn is still one of my happy places.
