Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

A: Weddings start at $850 and portrait sessions start at $250. Contact me for my full price list!

 

Q: HOW DO WE GET ACCESS TO OUR PHOTOS?

A: If your package includes digital download you will receive a download pin with your online gallery for you to download high-resolution JPGs. If your package includes a USB you will also receive an online gallery where you can choose to download for instant access as well as you’ll receive a USB of your photos.

 

Q: DO YOU INCLUDE ALL THE IMAGES YOU TAKE?

A: I do not! During an extensive culling process I hand select the best images for delivery to create a cohesive, beautiful gallery and eliminate images such as test shots, missed focus, awkward faces, etc.

 

Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?

A: Depending on your portrait package you could receive 2o images or 40+ images. For weddings I don’t provide a minimum or maximum; the average per wedding is 50-75 images per hour but some times are slower than others so it really depends!

 

Q: HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

A: Portrait session images are delivered within four weeks time. Wedding images are delivered within six weeks time. I will do my best to get them to you sooner but this time frame allows for family emergencies, illnesses and other issues that may arise, slowing down the process.

 

Q: DO WE HAVE TO BUY PRINTS FROM YOU?

A: No, it is not required that you purchase print products from me but it is recommended. I work with professional labs that use only the finest materials and I personally check each piece for quality.

 

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

A: I recommend you book as soon as possible! Portrait sessions I recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance. This allows us time to prepare you and plan the session out so it runs smoothly. This doesn’t mean we can’t pull it off if you book a week in advance though! For weddings I recommend booking as soon as you have your venue and date secured that way your date is secured and nobody else can come along and take it!

 

Q: DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

A: Right now I have small children and it’s definitely harder for me to travel but that doesn’t mean I won’t! I am definitely available to travel and will take each wedding on a case by case basis. Please contact me for a personalized quote!

 

Q: WHAT DO WE NEED TO BOOK YOU?

A: Booking is really simple! All you need to book is a 25% non-refundable booking fee and signed contract! Once I have those two things you will be on the calendar! The remaining balance for weddings is due 14 days before the event. The remaining balance for portrait sessions is due the day of the session before we begin.

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?

A: I sure do!

 

Q: WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

A: I use top of the line canon brand equipment as well as other brands. I shoot with a Canon 5d Mark III body and my backup body is a Canon 6D. My lens collection includes a 70-200mm, 24-105mm, 85mm, 100mm Macro, and a 35mm. I also have a few flashes and modifiers, extra batteries and memory cards. 

 

Q: DO YOU EVER BOOK YOURSELF FOR MORE THAN ONE WEDDING A DAY?

A: No way! When I receive a wedding I block the entire day out for that couple even if I am only shooting for 6 hours at an elopement! I want my entire focus to be on that couple, creating beautiful images for them and documenting their day! This is why it is so important to book as soon as you know your date!

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN CASE YOU BECOME UNAVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

A: I assure you I will do whatever it takes to make it to your big day but in the event that I am unable to make it I have a network of colleagues I can call.

 

Q: I WANT YOU TO STAY TO THE END OF MY WEDDING, WILL YOU? WHAT IF I DECIDE WHEN ITS TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE THAT I WANT ANOTHER HOUR OF COVERAGE?

A: Yes, I definitely can stay!  If you know beforehand that you want more coverage than you’ve purchased let me know and I will get you an invoice so you are covered beforehand. If I am about to leave because your coverage is over and you decide you want me to stay longer let me know and I will stay! The next day you will receive an invoice from me for the overtime. You can find overtime pricing in the full price list and I make sure to discuss this will my couples during the consultation so they’re well aware of their options!

 

Q: I HAVE A BUDGET… WILL YOU GIVE ME A DISCOUNT?

A: I’m so sorry, I don’t offer specific discounts. I do offer discounts though so keep an eye out for them! I do offer payments and a variety of collections to help fit my clients’ needs. If you need help building a custom collection let me know and I’d be happy to work with you!
